Notice to Homeowners Who Paid Their 2012 H.O.A. Maintenance Fees In Full by January 31, 2012
 

  • In October 2011, the Board of Directors for Parkside at Perry opted to issue a free remote to each owner who paid their 2012 assessment and any past due balance in full by January 31, 2012.  Not only was this an incentive to encourage individuals to pay in a timely manner but the utilization of remotes helps preserve the life of the keypads found at each entry gate.

  • An e-mail blast was sent out to all eligible owners on Thursday, February 16th, 2012 for those individuals who have provided AMI with their e-mail address.  If you would like to receive a free remote then you must submit your request by Friday, February 24th as we will need to place an order with the vendor to program each of these remotes.

  Parkside Community Spring Garage Sale: Saturday March 17th 7am to 1pm
 
  • The two Garage Sale dates for 2011 will be Saturday March 17th and October 20th. Please remember that garage sales, estate sales, etc. are only allowed on these two days set by the H.O.A. The entire community participates together and we actually draw a larger crowd as well.
  • Gates will be open from 7am to 1pm.
  • No sales in the back alleys, please use front yards only.
  • The H.O.A.will place signs around the immediate area a few days before the event, and banners will also be placed on our fences facing Louedd and Perry.
  • Residents are encouraged to promote our garage sale on their own by placing additional signage and advertisements.  Please distribute these flyers in the area, amongst friends or at your place of business.
  • Start going through your closets, and start saving quarters and plastic bags!
   
  2012 H.O.A. Maintenance Fees & Budget
 
  • The 2012 budget was finalized.
  • The 2012 Maintenance Assessment for your property in Parkside at Perry H.O.A. is $575.00 per residential lot. 
  • All homeowners were mailed a payment coupon and can pay via check, or you can also make a one-time payment or schedule recurring payments by credit card or E-check via AMI’s website at www.amitx.com.
  • You may also elect to pay your assessment on a payment plan with monthly installments of $100.00, starting immediately until the assessment balance is paid in full by April 30, 2011. You must contact Heidi Flores to let her know you've chosen this option. Please note that your account will accrue monthly interest even if you elect a payment plan.
  • The assessment is due in full on January 1, 2012, and is delinquent January 31, 2012. If your payment is received after the delinquency date of January 31, 2012, your account will be charged interest at a rate of 18% per annum, until paid in full. The Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions for Parkside at Perry require that any annual maintenance assessment not paid and received by the association by January 31, 2012 shall be charged interest; therefore, your account will accrue monthly interest even if you elect a payment plan.
  • If your Mortgage Company pays your Maintenance Assessment fee, please forward the payment coupon to them.  Should you need any further information, please contact Association Management, Inc. (AMI) at 713-932-1122.
